Dictate Goals

This file is kept as a compatibility pointer for older links.

Product direction: ../VISION.md — Dictate is local-only.

Cloud removal: local-only-audit.md — what was removed and why.

Local transcription / model work: TRANSCRIPTION_PLAN.md — CPU lanes (GPU lanes dropped, Meetings shelved #140), packaging evidence.

Historical notes: archive/goals-2026-07-05.md and archive/goal-2026-09-19.md, the former Arc Forge platform goal, archived when Dictate became local-only.
