Dictate Pro Subscription Architecture

Cross-system Dictate work follows goal.md. The cloud-sync plan DICTATE_PRO_CLOUD_SYNC_PLAN.md remains a subordinate reference for account, sync, and Dictate Pro offering details; it is not a competing cross-system goal.

The current transcription, meeting, model-lane, hosted comparison, and packaging deployment plan is TRANSCRIPTION_PLAN.md. Use that document as the active goal for local transcription and model deployment.
