These files are historical reference material. They do not define current
product direction.

Use [../TRANSCRIPTION_PLAN.md](../TRANSCRIPTION_PLAN.md) for the current
transcription, recording, model-lane and timestamping plan. Meetings and speaker
labelling are shelved (P3, #140); NVIDIA and AMD GPU lanes were dropped.

Archived planning notes:
